I goofed in my preproduction installation, learned from my error, went on to a production install back in August.
I am STILL trying to pull out the remnants of the failed preproduction install so that I can reinstall.
Un-installing and re-installing Wimba Voice Tools is seemingly impossible. I’ve done any number of combinations of ripping the files out the back end, shutting down and restarting the application cluster and ripping out the front end.
On this quiet pre-Christmas day I hope to finally get it off the server so that I can contemplate a re-install on yet another day.
The document says to contact my Wimba Professional Services Manager if uninstalling a power link. Simple task made complex by bad code.
