SP3 Documentation: The dawn of a new era?

I had an email from Andrew Toussaint of Blackboard on Christmas eve …yeah, can you believe that? He was responding to my complaint about service pack documentation. In addition to the assumptions made about their audience and the fact that they weren’t issued in the same pdf format, I found the file names to be too generic to later find something I’d downloaded unless I had explicitly renamed it: install … upgrade … resolved issues and so forth.

I just checked it out, the file names now indicate what the file is, all files are pdf format, next stop : is the content is richer and clearer?

And Andrew, if you’re reading this- thanks.
